RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Katalyst purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received, with original tags and packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at katalystshop1@gmail.com before sending your item back. Once your request has been approved, items should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as Katalyst store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for standard returns or exchanges.

Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
